I really like coming to Dr Lu’s office because everyone is super friendly, they are gentle on the teeth for me and my 3yo son, honest and transparent about finance/insurance stuff, and nonjudgemental about some bad habits I’ve had. The office is not fancy and I’m ok with that. It’s clean and practical. The wait time is long on occasion, but manageable for me.

The office is modern and clean. They run efficiently, barely any wait from xrays to cleaning and then full mouth exam by the dentist. Dr. Lu and the office manager are great at explaining things in simpler terms so patients understand and can make a decision regarding dental treatments. So far the experience has been excellent.
