The front desk receptionist, Alicia, was very rude and threatened my daughter who took our dog to the appointment that day. She called crying after leaving there. When I called and spoke to Kate, the Admin, she was also very rude and unprofessional. Their slogan of “We never stop caring” is a lie. They don’t care about our pets. They just care to charge and get as much money as they want. I will absolutely not be taking my dog there again after this visit. The vet tech and the vet were the only people that were nice and caring towards our dog.

I have been told that the visit will cost I believe $95 with the $50 deposit. They didn't inform me what they going to do and did some procedures without me knowing how much it will cost. I was aware of $95 and was sure that it was included. They didn't informed me nor ask for my permission to proceed. It didn't really helped and as an addition I got $400 bill.
They said that they sorry for the inconvenience because they were supposed to inform me about the additional costs.
And now I received $800 collection company bill.
When I called the lady on the phone was extremely rude and didn't even wanted to listen to what happened and that they said they will remove it from my account. This bill was transferred to collection company 2 years later.
I don't understand what do we expect from the government if we are as a human act like a wild animals to each other .

We have had terrible experiences with this place.
Our pet had dental procedure recently. Prior to the appointment, the doctor explained that she will spoke to us and give update. However, no one ever called. We had to call the hospital multiple times, and only been told that you wait for a call.

For only dental cleaning, they prescribed unnecessary amount of pain medications, and forced us to pay. They took additional labs tests prior to procedure without letting us know (of course, charged for the tests). They don’t care about their patient, the only thing they really care is money. Hate to say it: They are money hungry

We will not be going back !!

It’s unfortunate that Dr. Larson works for this place because she is such a wonderful vet and has always taken great care of my girls at the affiliated wellness center. The issue I have is that when you go to schedule at the wellness center you have to call through the urgent care, which is nowhere near the same quality of service. When trying to schedule a wellness visit for my pup who is having some non-severe tummy issues they refused to schedule me for a wellness visit and instead tried to get me to schedule for urgent care. Which is way more expensive, in a way more stressful environment for the pets, with in my experience subpar care. If it was truly an emergency, I wouldn’t step foot in this place. VEG is where it is at for emergency services. Dr. Larson at the wellness center is AMAZING by the way, this review is no reflection on her. She handles my animals with great care. Instead of staffing the phones with snobby people who want to push your emergency services to people who don’t know better (because I do as an animal professional too) you should focus on hiring more people for the urgent care like you’ve hired for the wellness center.

Vets are alright but getting an appointment is challenging. If I need a same day appointment, even when calling at the time they open, I still end up paying extra for an urgent care arrival time with a very variable wait. Very frustrating to deal with and would not recommend based on this model of care.

We came here on a Friday night unexpectedly because our dogs got into some chocolate. I called ahead and Brittany was so kind and patient. When we arrived, the staff was caring and compassionate upon intake. Our vet was also very informative and talked us through the process. We can’t thank them enough! They even have a nice little shop area to get your babies a toy while you wait.

About the only good thing I can say about this place is that they are open and available at hours that worked with my schedule. I have been taking pets here for years, for any care needs outside of routine vaccinations (those I do through Vetco), but after losing my dog to an illness that could have been prevented, I will NEVER be going back.

If any of the 5-6 vets we saw from December to August had bothered to consider my insistance that something else had to be going on, if they had bothered to explore other possibile causes of her symptoms or alternative treatments, rather than just continuing to throw antibiotics at her for 7 months and hope something worked, she might still be alive. An emergency vet in Utah finally diagnosed her after she fell extremely ill while on vacation. But by then it was too late. She ended up passing. I experienced more compassion, better care, and more knowledgeable staff in 6 days at their ICU clinic than I have in my 10+ years at WGAH.

If all you need is annual vaccines or you have an odd-hours emergency, this place is fine, and one of the only 24-hour places, but you're just a number. If you want care that is consistent, competent, and compassionate: go elsewhere.

The pictures of my baby were taken less than a week apart.

So far my experience with Webster Animal Hospital has been good. Scheduling and rescheduling is easy, the staff is kind, and the rates for service are the most reasonable in the area for a puppy package.

I’m giving four stars because no part of our visits have been fast, there’s been a lot of waiting but understand that’s life.
