I don't know where to start with how exceptional my visit was. The waiting room was clean and the front desk was very welcoming. All of the staff was kind and they took care of my doggo's issue quickly. My dog loved all of the treats he got, and they also gave him a toy at the end of the visit! They all showed my dog lots of love and tried to make him feel as comfortable as possible. A couple days later, they texted to check up in my dog and see how he was doing, which I really appreciated and thought was kind.

Dr. Silverman and his team are amazing, Compassionate and sympathetic to all of your furrbabies needs. I have been going there for a few years & have taken both my dogs & both my cats & will never go anywhere else or to anyone other than Dr. Silverman. Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I feel so much trust with this clinic. I took my pet in for some testing and the nurses provided amazing care. They take any concern you may have and treat it seriously, no matter how much of a helicopter parent you’re being. I have so much respect for the staff and doctors. He went back again for a dental exam and I cannot say enough good things about that interaction with Dr. Silverman. He was so honest, and earned my trust for my pets care for the foreseeable future. He saved us a tremendous amount of money, just by being truthful, and sharing his real thoughts, instead of pushing services. If it’s really about what’s BEST for your pet, I recommend this clinic. They have showed over and over again how trustworthy they are with his health and with my wallet. When it is time to spend that money for routine care, I will not hesitate to keep my business here, even if it costs more than someone else. The trust is worth it.

Great staff. Felt like they really cared about my cat. Leo, the veterinary tech, provided great service while actively listening to my concerns. He, as well as the doctor, Silverman, are the main reason I will be going back to them regularly for check ups.

I started bringing my dog Georgia to this location at the beginning of this year, and I am so glad I did. She had surgery yesterday and I absolutely have to thank the whole team especially Dr. Silverman and also Allison. Georgia's surgery went wonderfully thanks to Dr. Silverman, who has been consistently communicative, provides clear information, and and has a very kind bedside manner. Georgia came home from surgery awake and ready to party, which is exactly what I would expect from my girl-- she was clearly well cared for. Allison kept me posted every step of the way and did so with so much sweetness and warmth. As a relative newcomer to Astoria, it's a huge relief to have a safe place I can take Georgia and know she's in good hands.

I visited the clinic for my dog because of possible tick infections, the doctors and nurse Leo there were very professional and helpful, I got timely checkup and bloodwork results, which was very relieved to know that they were all normal. The clinic followed up with me after the visits, very thoughtful, I would recommend the services to my friends, where I believe the pets are being taken good care of. ?
