Made an appointment. I couldn’t be seen for 10 weeks! I have high anxiety with dental procedures and needed all my teeth out for dentures. I was told they don’t do Iv sedation or give “happy gas”. My dentist sent me there because they believed they did do IV sedation! They wanted to schedule me for 3 appointments, with a 10 week wait between appointments! Go somewhere else! I did and I’m so glad I did!

I havent even been able to get in, called 5 times in 2 WEEKS!!!! Always telling me there is some type of issue and asking me to do something so they can get me scheduled. So i do that and bam something else. 2 weeks i have been in so much pain and need these wisdom teeth out badly

Dr. Zhao and Kealy were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Super efficient, patient, and competent at what they do. Had fantastic dental care recommendations without being pushy. They clearly cared about the well-being of their patients.

They don’t give antibiotics after wisdom tooth extraction. Made me wait with oozing gums and in pain for 4 hours. My routine procedure is now day 10 with a bacterial infection! I do not recommend!

i'm a UC health employee...so my experience may be a little different. but this office is the most accommodating office i've ever been to. Always gets my family in during emergencies. And both times i've been there, any extra work i needed, they fit in. So impressed.

Great customer experience. I wish that there were more Dental centers like this around the city. When it comes to teeth you want dental professionals that are Attentive, Professional, and Knowledgeable, this is what UC Dental Center has demonstrated this far. Unfortunately, they are not accepting any new patients (bummer). I got lucky. I kept calling for around a year and finally got a spot. I see why so many people rave about this Dental center (they've relocated). Parking available in lot adjacent to building. The lot is on an incline. Those who may have limited mobility can park in the reserved handicapped spots close to building or maybe a spot on the street. Restrooms for patients. Safety protocols are followed.

Dr. Hughes and Marcy are so wonderful. The amount of patience and comfort I was shown exceeds patient satisfaction. This facility is top tier.
