I'm so happy we found this clinic for our cat. The atmosphere in the clinic is very calm and comforting. The doctors are extremely kind, professional and helpful. I especially appreciate the possibility to book an appointment online to avoid waiting in line, and the fact that the doctors provide consultations online to find an optimal solution for our pet. I want to share another positive review about Hanima Clinic! My cat, who is already 15 years old, needed to have a severely damaged tooth removed, along with a dental cleaning for the rest of her teeth. I was very worried about how she would handle the anesthesia, given her age. At the dental consultation, Dr. Hanzel thoroughly explained how the procedure works, which anesthetic would be used, and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was quite fast, taking less than 2 hours. Based on the scan results, they removed three teeth and provided a detailed report on the condition of the remaining ones. But the most important thing – how quickly she recovered from anesthesia! I was pleasantly surprised: she was walking normally right away, jumping onto the table, and by the evening, she was already drinking and eating soup. No signs of pain or discomfort! Today, she’s already chewing her regular food and looks absolutely happy. Additional things that impressed me: - The price turned out to be very reasonable, especially considering that three teeth were removed I expected it to be much more expensive. - The staff – both times I visited, the nurses were very kind and caring. Overall, I’m so glad I found this clinic. This vet clinic is exceptional. My story is not the most happy but senior rescue dog was showing many symptoms of illness during the night and I rushed her to the clinic where the vet spent probably 2-3 hours going over all of her history and doing ultrasound, blood samples and urine sample, plus basic exam for old dog (13.5). Unfortunately it was aggressive cancer. I ended up having to euthanize my sweet dog the next day but they were so accommodating and kind and really caring. This is not the normal vet that I take all of my rescue dogs to, but I will probably bring all of my dogs here for future examinations. Especially if you are an English speaker, all the vets were so thorough and really caring. RIP to my sweet, Doris. Your pet is in good care at this veterinarian office

We took our husky for dental hygiene. We were very worried about the anesthesia since our dog is already 10 years old, but everything went great! The doctor explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. You can tell he loves his job! Our dog’s teeth don’t hurt anymore. The ladies at the reception were very kind and welcoming. Thank you so much ❤️

We were referred to this clinic by our regular vet, specifically for dental treatment for our beautiful cat, Moon. This clinic is excellent, very professional and thorough. Staff are very nice and Dr. Hanzel is super nice and energetic and it's obvious he's very experienced and knowledgeable. He also speaks very good English (🙏). We came twice, once for consultation and assessment/recommendation and second time for the scheduled dental surgery itself (under full anaesthesia). In both times Dr. Hanzel really took the time to explain the whole process in detail, including an explanation of x-rays and the different products that will be used. Everything went very well and Dr. Hanzel made sure to call me as soon as the procedure was done, to let me know Moon is awake and everything was OK, which was greatly appreciated. He also replied very promptly to my email a few days after the surgery (over the weekend), where I wanted to check up on something. We'll be back in about 5-6 months for a follow up. We've lived all around the world with Moon, so we've been to many vet clinics and this is definitely one of the best we've been to. I highly recommend it.

This is an extraordinary clinic. Very knowledgeable stuff and extremely supportive. I love their approach, where they really spend time to know your pet and the history. Dr. Vojčeková, who is treating most of our cats, is very thorough, always explains the condition and treatment in details with all pros and cons and is clearly very invested in her patients. She’s also able to use a cat-friendly way of handling, which decreases the stress. Not many vets do it, but our cats appreciate it a lot.

The best place. They care so much about the animals. Very informative, friendly, patient, kind and thorough in explaining everything. We love this place and the care they put into everything. We are now regular customer and so happy with all our visits and treatments.
