Anna, Trish and the team are absolutely fantastic!! I came to them between Christmas and New Year after my dog had sustained major trauma to his snout and mouth. They rushed him in straight away and informed me exactly how bad the injury was. Trish was very honest and explained to me the extent of the damage, and she could not guarantee what the outcome would be.

I agreed to go ahead with the operation, and the team did an exceptional job saving my Dog. The care and surgery they provided for my dog, was truly exceptional and my dog is happy and doing exceptionally well!!! I could not be more appreciative of the professional care and service they provided..

They don’t care about animals as they suppose to I called for a emu that was injured of the freeway & I managed to put him on the side grass they said they were busy could not even send a ranger or assist to help the emu.

Really hopeless this place don’t care for animals or wildlife.

Be careful of these guys just a warning ⚠️ you been warned. -5 stars should not even be operating as a rescue especially when they do the opposite.

Karma has away of things the Emu went to heaven as you guys stayed in your office.

Hopeless bunch you are.

Thank you for the next day appointment, allowing for my long travel. All staff were really helpful and friendly, the resident vet dog was also very relaxed on it's bed. My Shih Tzu x Maltese was very at ease with you and even tolerated being shaved for her ultrasound to count expected pups. Thank you for minding her (and the quick doggy deodorant spray), whilst I did a quick shop also. We will be back despite the long travel, thank you. ?
