This clinic is part of the list for USCIS. I called to make an appointment for a Wednesday. They called me an hour before my appt to cancel. They rescheduled me for the following Friday. I called on Monday to confirm my appointment and they told me they weren’t sure when the civil surgeon would be in but they had booked me for Friday of that week. I just got a call to (Thursday) to cancel the appt with their civil surgeon I had for tomorrow. Luckily I trusted my gut and went elsewhere. They might be a cheaper alternative but this clinic is unorganized and lack professionalism. I would not recommend anyone come here if you are urgently needing to finish your physical for AOS.

I don't recommend coming to this clinic nor bringing family members to this clinic. Some of the staff members, to be in specific, the women in charge of receiving phone calls, sending out authorizations, putting in and receiving appointments (shes usually in charge of all of the tech things) is really unprofessional and very rude. She has a really bad attitude and make the experience so much worse and makes the atmosphere horrible.There are also 2 other males staff but they are very nice and sweet and will actual help you out but when it comes to the female (currently has green hair) she doesn't try to help at all and leaves it to you to figure out even though its her job to provide service to the patient. Another thing is that they also don't pick up the phone when you call and they never call back when they said they would. Definitely don't recommend from my experience here cause the only outcome is stress.

This is the clinic from hell. I was scheduled for a phone appointment and never got a call. I called them to let them know, all they said was to wait for the call, and I kept waiting and never got my phone appointment (I lost my phone consultation). A week later the same thing happened. The call center is rude (Nelly, Karina, staff. The rest of the employees are incompetent, nurse practitioner did not know what a letter of agreement is. They also claimed I was seen by the doctor, which never took place. Liers, unprofessional and rude.

Back in the 90's this place used to be so nice, even the doctors and they took care of patients, now they have a bunch of kids working in the front and they are not as professional as they should be. My daughter is pregnant and needed to find out results about why she was bleeding and they let her sit and wait nearly three weeks until I called, they didn't even bother telling her that the doctor was on vacation for 3 weeks, they didn't bother to tell her that she had an appointment at the end of the month...what kind of shyt is that? They need to replace the staff and get competent people in the office that do follow up calls...

I was lucky enough to get someone to book my son's appointment but when I tried to reschedule I just get the ringing tone until their phone line ends the call without me even talking to anyone. It's convenient but I personally feel it will do everyone better if they got new doctors, nurses, receptionist, etc. It's just awful.

The doctors and staff are nice but there is a lack of communication between them and their patients. If you have questions you better ask when you're there because it's hard to get an answer afterwards. I had a check up where they had to draw blood 3 times! The first time the lab didn't do a certain test, the second time they couldn't do it because the cap on the blood was the wrong color but they finally got it right on the 3rd time. The office billed my insurance incorrectly so I was being charged over $130 more for their mistake. The office also charged my insurance for the second blood draw and said the doctor had ordered other tests on that time too. I don't feel like I should pay for their mistakes or for tests the doctor did not tell me he ordered or why. I'm still tying to sort this out 5 months later. It's taking so long because it's hard to get an answer from the office and they don't always call when they say.
I also saw the obgyn and she was also very nice and explained everything very well. However it's hard to get in contact with her or her nurse. I once waited 45 minutes for my appointment only to have the front desk tell me the doctor had to leave and to reschedule. I had to stop taking a prescription because I could not get in contact with the doctor to refill my prescription. On top of all this I received a bill for my pap and had the billing tell me it was a law that was passed that required everyone to pay about $35 for this but received a different answer from the nurse and the lab. It seems like an extra test was ordered but still haven't received a straight answer as to why it was ordered.
