Dr Aldridge was very attentive to my concerns and took her time to examine my dog after she suffered a laceration on her paw pad. The office tech (Manny) was also very polite and understanding. The people here are nice, transparent about the services you’re getting and helpful in terms of guiding you through the care/recovery process. They also have things organized and remain an available should you need anything through their portal system. It’s as good as urgent care can get for your dog (or cat).

Came to Bond Vet because of their availability on short notice, one of many things this clinic does well. It's not impossible to book next/same day. A beloved cat was in need of end-of-life care, something that requires a really honest assessment of what’s possible, what’s practical, and what’s best for the cat, hopefully the latter being most considered. A frank, competent vet is so essential and Dr. Anna Kaufman and her team were ideal in this setting. All options were presented, pros and cons, and costs were transparent. Dr. Kaufman very patiently answered all of my questions, clearly and objectively, until there was some clarity about the best course of action. Also, without going into detail, there was a novel shift in the cat’s behavior while at the vet and seeing how Dr. Kaufman navigated this and updated her assessment with clear and concise guidance was truly special. She’s a really outstanding vet.

Also want to address an issue that often comes up with Bond Vet: cost. Without a doubt their prices are the ‘new normal’ of chain vet clinics, higher than one would like, but in many ways this is not different than my experiences with vets (mostly independent) in NYC over the last 20+ years. Most will initially present you with a full package of treatment so extensive and costly that it’s hard to imagine anyone opting for it. Bond does this, like all the rest, but will work with you to break down a treatment plan so that it is more manageable in terms of cost, prioritizing the care that’s likely most impactful/least invasive first, and going from there. I can’t say I’ve had this experience everywhere. Also, as grim a task as it was, I received quotes from a number of vets for end of life procedures and Bond’s price was very competitive. All a way to say that if you’re concerned about cost, as I am/have to be, don’t rule out Bond for this reason alone. They were wonderful in my experience and will work with you.

Just had my first experience with Bond vet and my brand new tiny little kitten. Who is having GI problems :(. Everyone was wonderful there and took the time to explain everything and give me all the options and made me feel generally much better. I wish my physician was has attentive and caring as the vet there.

That said it's definitely not your most economical choice. I was given a list of treatments and tests. Was far higher than I expected but it's adorable little kitten and I went for it and right now he's sitting on my chest purring.

Since our first visit Nellie has been treated like family. The staff always remembers her and they even mentions a sweet antedote from the last visit. The office is welcoming for pets and their owners. During my pups first visit she was so relaxed that she napped on the table during her appointment. Nellie enjoys going with the staff and sometimes even staying after her appointment.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my buddy, Gizmo, received at Bond Vet Cobble Hill. From the moment we walked through the door, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Amazing Customer Service
From the front desk staff to the veterinary technicians, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The receptionists greeted us with warm smiles and ensured that all our paperwork was completed swiftly. Nurse Savannah and staff were also very accommodating with scheduling, finding an appointment that worked perfectly with my busy schedule.

Tender Care and Treatment
Dr. Erin Mackey and the entire veterinary team provided Bella with the most tender and compassionate care I have ever experienced. Dr. Mackey was incredibly thorough in her examination and took the time to explain every detail of Gizmo’s condition and treatment options.

Attention to Detail
What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by everyone. The veterinary nurses, technicians were gentle and patient while handling Gizmo, ensuring he was comfortable throughout the entire process. They even gave him some treats and belly rubs, which made him feel much more relaxed.

Follow-Up and Communication
After our visit, I received a follow-up call, texts, emails from the clinic to check on Gizmo and to see if I had any questions about his treatment plan. This level of communication and care truly reassured me that Gizmo was in the best hands.

I highly recommend Bond Vet Cobble Hill to any pet owner looking for a place where their furry family members will receive the highest standard of care. The entire team’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service and tender, loving care to Gizmo was beyond my expectations. I've been coming here for a few years with my cat for basic check ups and for a chronic issue that sometimes needs the same medication to quell the symptoms. I thought they were great. But, things have progressively become more difficult here.

At this point, Bond is a big company and every time I call, it's like I'm a brand new customer. There is no continuity with staff or doctors and to get a 15 dollar medication. They want to force me to come into their office or do yet another "Telehealth" appointment for the same exact diagnosis and the same exact result. (PS their Telehealth doctors are never in clinic and cannot easily contact them, and apparently they did not leave notes accessible to Bond clinic...)

So Bond refuses to call in this medicine, and while I'd be happy to pay for check ups and other appointments for different issues expecting different results - I find it extremely frustrating and impersonal that every time my cat has the same issue, I speak to someone in the web of Bond support staff repeating the same thing.

I'm done with this vet. If they cared about my cat, they would call in the medication. Everything else they provide as policy or "reason" is merely an excuse or a racket to get me to shell out 100-250 every time my cat has the same problem. Truly disappointed.
