One of the worst place for Annual Health Checkups. I strongly do not recommend this place for. Health checkups usually takes 5 to 6 hours of time but here it may take few days or a week. And the help-desk contactwill not work at all.

After visiting appollo clinic basavanagudi branch lost hope on appollo clinic,they gave appointment at 8:00Am and they made us to wait for 2hours still doctor dint come.This made us to understand with what commitment doctor is been working in clinic is a question.? And I request you to provide good service for the public. If you can't work don't give any appointments.

Usually i don't write reviews, but took exception this case for letting know people to make informed decision, if they are choosing to visit this place;
1. Its a very cramped place
2. There is only one washroom - each one for male & female - to serve so many people visiting to take the health test; it is unhygienic; and you are asked to leave the urine samples on washroom wall; they don't even keep a tray and don't even clear the stock frequently; whoever goes next can see all the samples and if he/she choses can manipulate the samples !!
3. They don't respect your time; my check-up was scheduled for morning 8am; even at 1.30PM it's not finished;
4. i had to wait from 10am for scan and echo; they just kept promising that it'll start at 10.30am, then another 5min etc; yet i had return at 1.30pm without completing Echo and i don't i will visit again for pending echo test
5. Don't think all the staff are well trained; we can find same guy managing many places
6. The docs seem to be in hurry just to finish off the task, specifically the eye checkup

overall - if you are planning for a serious health check-up consider avoiding this place.

Due to severe neck pain I approached Apollo clinic physiotherapist for consultation, the way she diagnosed my pain was very methodical. She found the places where I had severe muscle soreness and provided appropriate treatment and helped me recover in 5 days. Though the treatment was for 10 days, I could feel relief from my pain in 5 days. Thanks to Dr. Ayana for helping me recover and me feel comfortable during the sessions. Mostly importantly I have usually hunch my shoulders while walking, due to which my shoulders were rounded, she corrected almost 85% of it during the 10 days session only, this actually boosted my confidence to walk straight consciously. I would recommend her for sure.

Last Friday I have visited this clinic. This is located in the heart of old Bangalore City, right next to Ramakrishna mutt and easy to identify. Clinic staff is very helpful and will guide you in each and every movement throughout your time in clinic. This clinic is mainly for doing different kind of test and basic health check-up and consultation of doctors. There is no facility of in-patient and major testing check-up. Cost wise they are not costly and discounts (5-15%)are available on each package is checkup. For basic checking it will take 3-4 hours based on crowd. Weekend it's heavy crowded so I advice you can take appointment is weekdays. Doctor consultation you can get it done in next day or your convenient date and time. Overall it's a good clinic and they have to work on reducing the cost. They have provided dental check-up and basic consultation complementary.

My recent pre-employment health check at Apollo clinic was fantastic. The staff members were incredibly professional and friendly, making the entire experience pleasant. I appreciate their efficiency and care. Highly recommended for anyone needing a thorough health assessment.

I didn't have a good experience with the annual health checkup. The technician who was doing ultrasound was busy talking on phone during ultrasound. The technician checking BP, also busy filing forms, no attention at all. But however writes on my form that physio is complementary for which I had to wait for 45mins and later informs me that it will cost 250 rs.
