The worst pet clinic i have ever been .
No value for the people coming there. Staff is very unrfofessional and unorganised.
We called @4:30 pm today foe an ultrasound where they said come anytime. We reached around 5:15 pm . Where they said it will take 20-25 mins or more as there is an emergency case .
I asked them to give me a water bowl for my pet for which after 10 mins i had to shout. After this i said to the reception person that i am waiting in my car and when doctor is free call us . He called rite after 5 mins , we reached there despite the fact our pet is not able to walk too much due to illness. After reaching there we waited 25 mins and spoken to 3 diffrent staff to check the turn around time, everyone gave similar answer" let me check and give 5 mins" and no one turned back. Finally after wasting our 45 mins we came back from there.
Very unprofessional clinic only focusing on grooming the pets and regular vaccination.
Unorganized, no patking space at all you have to park your car 1km far sometimes .( though it is not that big of a challenge) but unprofessionlisim is very big concern.

I would never ever recomend anyone to visit this clinic for their pets it is better to go to a govt hospital, atleast you will save money if investing this much of time and facing unprofessionalisim and unorgonised atmosphere.

I am very sure the rating this clinic has it is either paid or from family and friends.

Coz i met anothet gentelman there with his cat whom i met in SPCA few days back and he also said the same thing " not at all a good experince"

One more very surprising factor that while calling us for an ultrasound noone even cross checked if our pet is fed or empaty stomach.. this the level of professinolisim they maintain

It's a real pleasure to visit here considering the fact that it's a medical clinic. Treatment is fabulous and behavior of the staff is exemplary. Wish them all the best.

To your point that I was rude to your staff ...yes it is correct and I mentioned the reason on my comment, I am not the one who only defends the mistakes unlike you ...
Moreover , when I came there was only 1 patient waiting and that too left infront of me. Secondly read my review carefully before answering and being defensive the issue is not that you were in surgery I agreed to that point ans asked your staff that I will be waiting in the car since my dog is not in a condition o standing there or was being little uncomfortable, so they can call me as soon as you get free . He called me rit after 5 mins stating you are calling me ...we came and waited for another 20 mins ...your staff was passing and ignoring ....I spoke to 3 of your staff and they all said give us just 5 mins .and that is how we waited for 40 mins ..and they never came back . Issue is that your staff is not at all courtious.
And to let you know that why I yelled on your staff coz my wife asked them to provide a bowl so that we can give water to our pet since we forgot ours to carry ...she waited 10 mins and your 3 staff was standing at the reception with no response just busy in billing for 1 customer ...then I went inside asked for the same waited 5 mins and with no response I yelled.. and just after mu feeling they could find a bowl and water in 2 mins ...... so be strong enough to take feedbacks and work on improving rather than being defensive.
I wish you could have call me directly to discuss the scenario as your staff has my number ...but neither you or your staff is that professional enough .. you rather chose to be this in comments

A one stop solution for all pet owners and pet lovers.
The Doc is really amazing who listens to their patients patiently and provides respective solutions/treatment for the same. The consultation fees & other charges are nominal.
Pro active staff.
I am really amazed with their service. Wishing them all the best n hope to see them maintaining this decorum.
And at last thank you for bringing my pet back to normal as she was suffering from low platilates.

Excellent services .Today I took a seriously injured stray pup ,immediately attended by doctor , surgery performed after emergency blood transfusion. It was successful.

Doctor explained each and everything about my pet condition, now my pet is fine.very good clinic and doctor is very humble.knowledge full, experienced staff, seprate grooming and bathing area & they have many Acerrseroies for pets too. Thanks to all the members of Vets N Pets.

Had a very disappointing experience with Dr.Pandey and his staff. He misbehaved with me when I pointed out that I was overcharged for two particular tests. His behavior completely changed after that and he asked me to take my dogs somewhere else.Everyone there is extremely money minded and give respect to people who are well off and can spend lots of money. Please go to his clinic only if you have lots of money ... You will get vip treatment... Rescuers like me only get insulted and name called because I am not famous and rich.
