Pricey in comparison to other places but honestly the best experience that I’ve had with a veterinarian office and I’ve had dogs my whole life. The quality of care is exceptionally high and in my opinion, well worth paying the difference in price compared to other local offices.

I have had wonderful care for my kitty cats from the Vets and Vet Techs at Heart of Chelsea LES. Dr. Chu is so kind and incredibly knowledgable. She did amazing work on a very complicated dental surgery for one of my girls and has been caring and compassionate as I navigate chronic kidney disease (CKD) with my other baby girl. The front desk staff are always pleasant, efficient and helpful. Finally, I can't say enough about the Vet Techs - especially Sydney, Skylar, and Orleny. Thank you all so much - I'm so grateful to have found you!

Used to be better, before they were acquired. We think our doctor is great but the practice manager and staff lacks empathy and rather than acknowledge their many frustrating errors, does not know how to hold themselves accountable.

We used to recommend this practice - now suggest looking for a kinder administrative environment. We actually reached out to try to resolve the issue but instead, the practice manager flipped it around.

Due to an emergency with my 9yr old frenchie, Frank, I found this place through a quick search. They were very flexible with my schedule and even found the time to perform his procedure. Both Dr. Torchia and the vet tech I spoke (I'm sorry I forgot her name) we're great. They both asked a lot of questions and made sure to understand all that was going on. Both also did a great job in explaining outcomes, procedures, risk, and in their follow-up. Frank is now on the mend, and I couldn't be happier and at ease with the team. They are now our primary vet.

I can't recommend Heart of Chelsea more. My 6 y/o bulldog Oscar has been a patient here for the last 4.5 years and is a dog with an extensive medical history. All the staff is truly so attentive, caring and accommodating. We're always able to get an appointment in a timely manner, most often going to the LES location, but occasionally the Chelsea location if necessary and have had incredible experiences at both. The Vets at HOC have cared for Oscar in a way that any pet parent would hope for. They have seen him through some very tough times and have always guided me in a way where I leave with no question marks. We typically see Dr. Fracapane at the LES location, and I couldn't recommend her enough as well. 10/10 always.

I took my dog to heart of Chelsea not that long ago and Nashali did an amazing job. I was scared my dog was going blind and Nashali looked at my puppy and was able to tell me she wasn’t that it was just a scar. But she was very sweet and gentle with my dog where a lot of other vets are very aggressive. This is my puppy Chelsea
