Baby Ginger went for her final shots and per usual Dr. Durga did an amazing job, i tell you not all heroes wear capes. Dr. Waxman is doing an amazing job with the practice. I couldn’t be happier! Their nurses Carmen, Joey, Selena and Kim per usual did their best to make us comfortable on the new journey with our baby girl!

I’m writing this review to share me and my wife’s experience at Veterinaire Animal Hospital about 3 months ago, which was unfortunately marred by unprofessional behavior from a technician and the clinic's management. While Dr. Waxman and Dr. Reicherter continue to provide exceptional veterinary care, the rest of our visit was far from satisfactory. Our pup was not comfortable while the tech scrubbed scrubbed scrubbed away until we stopped it and said we had enough for the visit. Comes to find out - it was a ear cleanser and not the wipes and shampoo we were prescribed to take home for the skin.

During our latest appointment, me and my wife observed that the technician who was cleaning our Yorkie’s ears displayed a troubling lack of professionalism. Her rude demeanor and dismissive attitude towards both our pet and my wife made the experience very unpleasant. This was further compounded by an encounter with a manager named Autumn. My wife found Autumn’s behavior particularly frustrating, especially when discussing issues related to international travel to Europe for military purposes. Autumn’s management style was abrasive and unhelpful, and her tone over the walkie-talkie reminded my wife of a character from Monsters, Inc. This added to the overall discomfort of the visit.

On a more positive note, the young ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided a welcome contrast to the management’s poor performance and did their best to make up for the issues we faced.

We went to another vet clinic a week after as redness was shown and may have been a reaction to what was scrubbed on the skin. Scabs were everywhere - but oral antibiotics cleared the issue. We went to another vet for USDA and it was such a smooth experience, Autumn should take notes.

Despite the excellent care provided by Dr. Waxman and Dr. Reicherter, the negative experiences with both the technician and management have led us to decide that we will be taking our business elsewhere. It’s a shame because the veterinary care is top-notch, but the unprofessionalism in other areas of the clinic has overshadowed the positive aspects of our visit.

We will never be coming back! This place is a total money grab. Despite the doctor being good, they nickel-and-dime you for everything. We just paid $2,200 for a small skin biopsy and a simple dental cleaning!

The last straw? I went in to ask for a refill of my dog’s usual ear medication that she's been taking for years—something they’ve prescribed countless times. But no, the front desk insisted she had to be seen by the doctor again, which would cost another $200 for a 5-minute visit! She’s a doodle who constantly has ear infections and has been on this medication forever.

We’re done with this place. We spend thousands of dollars with them every year, and they can’t even refill a simple prescription without milking us for more. Money hungry, plain and simple! Good luck to anyone else—because we’re never coming back!

Best office! The journal square location closed so we had to transfer and honestly it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! Everyone’s so friendly, nice and patient. The Vet and the vet Techs were very thorough, explained everything in great detail and made me and my pup feel well taken care of. Thanks for a smooth transition!

So happy that I came across this place on my search. Not being from Jersey City I wasn't sure where to take my fur baby. After reading all the reviews I felt confident to take my baby to the wonderful people at Veterinaire!
I'm writing this review after my second visit just to be sure I was happy there... and I am.
Dr. Waxman is so nice and gentle with my little Ozi and the two techs that handled Ozi over the past few visits were kind and gentle as well. The place is clean and I love the 2 separate entrances for cat or dog, gives me peace of mind not knowing how my fur baby or any other fur baby may react to each other.
