Dr. Herbert is an amazing Doctor who would go above and beyond to make sure my dog’s wellbeing is prioritized. She is patient, professional, responsive and approachable who completely reassured my concerns with her expertise. The clinic is sanitary and the layout is very hospital-alike unlike another clinic I have visited before which looked like a war zone inside. Their receptionist was also prompt to address my questions before the visit. Highly recommend.

Harlow is 6 months old and has always LOVED going to Kitsilano Animal Clinic - She loves the attention she gets from the staff and always leaves a happy girl! She recently got spayed there and the support and daily follow ups from the Dr and staff have been more than appreciated! This is a safe and loving space for your loved furry friends - I would never recommend anywhere else!

Dr. Meagan is an outstanding vet, and all the staff have been kind and tender with my little one over the last 7 years. We moved to kits in 2018. One story: Dr. Meagan went above and beyond to find me natural and nutritional ways to add to the medical care he was receiving from the clinic. The two methods combined is what has led to my dogs healthy longevity.

We brought our dog to this clinic for a second opinion after finally losing trust in our previous vet who always seemed to want to sell us something/do an excessive number of procedures. We ended up switching vets and we like it here so much better! They are totally lovely and always take the time to discuss various treatment options and answer all my questions and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Have been taking my dog there for 6 years and referred multiple friends. This weekend I had an unfortunate emergency where my dog stepped on glass. Called in asking to be seen at 11am ( the clinic was open until 5pm). I was told they could not find time to see me at any point that day. Unfortunate as I liked the clinic, but keep in mind if you have an emergency you might not be able to count on them.

There was no waiting and Dr. Cavanaugh was warm and friendly and great with our cat.

Blood and urine draws were super-quick and cat was undisturbed.

Received a personal phone call with results the next day.

No pressure for additional products or services.

This clinic is the best! The vets take their time, with our little dog and with us, until everyone is happy. Their office staff are courteous and efficient. And when we had an emergency (around Christmas!) they really came through.
